Personal Training
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength or just feel better, together we can design a plan that will help you to meet your goals. We’ll use a combination of resistance training along with some cardio, low impact HIIT and mobility training to have you looking and more importantly feeling like a Total BOSS.
We’ll work on your mindset, daily habits and overall wellness to make sure your results are sustainable.
There are three way to train with me:
In Person Training
If you live in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area, I can train you in your home using your equipment or I can bring mine. We only need a space of about 8ft x 8ft for an effective workout. Since we live in such a beautiful area, I can even meet you outside to train, weather permitting.
I can train you or you can grab your spouse or friend for an intimate small group session.
Online Training
You can join a fun and engaged online community of adults working out live at 6:30AM weekdays M-F and 8:30AM Tu & TH or catch the daily workout recordings. This program is designed for busy adults who want to get an effective workout done in 30-40 minutes. You’ll get access to Strength Training, Bodyweight Cardio, HIIT, Mobility and Yoga for a low monthly rate through my partner company PHAT Cat Fit Life.
Program Based Training
If you belong to a gym or are working out from home and not getting the results you want, I can design a workout program for you that will help you hit your goals. Strength building takes consistency and time. I can write you a program to follow and we can set up monthly coaching calls to track your progress and make needed adjustments.
